"During the search for our next boat we had looked at many different boats through several different brokers over a period of 6 months. John proved to be one of those rare brokers that make you feel welcome from the beginning. He had the boat clean and prepared for showing with the heat on (which my wife really appreciated) when we arrived. We had several experience with other brokers during our search where the opposite was true. He was always responsible to any questions that we had and addicted us throughout the entire process. After the survey was complete John was responsible for coordinating with the marina for the necessary repairs as the seller was out of state. In fact, after the required repairs were complete he continued to check the boat to insure it was ready for us to take possession. During a systems check after repairs he noted the generator would not start. He then coordinated completion of a tune up of the generator before I even knew there was an issue. He could have just ignored the problem since the survey had been complete but instead did the right thing. Our boat purchase through Martin Yachts sales was a very pleasant and fun experience. The office space is very welcoming, overlooked the marina and is conveniently located. I would not hesitate to recommend Martin Yachts sales for your next boat purchase."
